libdbus-1-3-udeb software package provides simple interprocess messaging system (minimal library), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbus-1-3-udeb
libdbus-1-3-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbus-1-3-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbus-1-3-udeb *
